The Hamilton Co. arranges 20,000 s/f lease with Novo Marketplace

Allston, MA The Hamilton Company has completed a commercial lease agreement with Novo Marketplace and its occupancy of 20,000 s/f at 122 Brighton Ave. Of the 16 tenants within the food court, 12 of them are restaurants. The Marketplace planned a soft opening for May 1st.   

“Our lease agreement with Novo Marketplace revitalizes the area around 122 Brighton Ave. and will provide excellent cuisine that is as unique as Allston’s residents” said Jameson Brown, chairman and CEO of The Hamilton Company. “The marketplace will rejuvenate the area and give residents a new cultural meeting place.”

The offerings that all 12 of Novo Marketplace’s restaurants provide range from Chinese fried chicken to Mediterranean food. Additionally, The Marketplace will host several portable kiosks.  

“We are thrilled to have worked with The Hamilton Company to bring Novo Marketplace to Allston,” said Winson Chen, owner of Novo Marketplace. “We look forward to the residents enjoying the new space while they savor the various offerings our restaurant vendors will provide.  

The Hamilton Company was represented in lease negotiations by Carol Rash – THC’s director of commercial property & asset management. 

“Novo Marketplace is going to be a viable meeting place for patrons of all ages with dining options such as Hangover and Tasyas Kitchen,” Rash said. “It’s an excellent location that will draw many college and university students as well as other Allston residents.”
