Beliveau-Robinson and Niles-Simmons of NAI Norwood Group sell 30,000 s/f Hooksett retail site

Hooksett, NH Nathan Beliveau-Robinson and Judy Niles-Simmons, of NAI Norwood Group, have completed the sale of over 30,000 s/f of investment retail space to MSP Properties 1134 Hooksett, LLC. The new owner is a local investor out of Maine, and this transaction is his first foray into the New Hampshire commercial real estate market.

NAI Norwood Group represented the seller, 1134 Hooksett Rd, LLC, in the transaction.

“The size, visibility, and tenant mix were attractive aspects of this fully-leased investment opportunity,” said Beliveau-Robinson.

“The sale of 1134 Hooksett Rd. also marked the buyer’s first acquisition in New Hampshire, further highlighting the state’s appeal as an attractive investment destination,” said Niles-Simmons.
