EAC Properties to separate from KW Collective for expansion as an independent CRE firm
Trumbull, CT After helping bring the KW Collective into the Top 10 and Top 5 across four of five CoStar-ranked commercial real estate categories, EAC Properties LLC, led by managing partner Andreas Senie, the firm’s full team departure from the KW Collective, effective at the start of 2026.
The separation marks the next stage in EAC Properties’ continued growth as a commercial real estate brokerage, advisory, and asset strategy firm serving clients across Connecticut, the tri-state region, and national commercial real estate networks.
“To preserve EAC Properties’ reputation for delivering win-win transactions through unparalleled client service, we recognized the need to completely differentiate and advance outside the Keller William Collective,” said Senie.
Founded in 2015 by Andreas and Emmy Sarica Senie, EAC Properties LLC currently represents 1.8 billion in exclusively represented assets and capital to deploy. With asset management experience spanning more than 300 million square feet and cumulative traded value exceeding $1 billion, the firm has built a track record grounded in service, technology, integrity, and measurable client outcomes.
EAC Properties focuses exclusively on commercial real estate. The firm provides brokerage, landlord and tenant representation, investment analysis, asset strategy, property repositioning, site selection, acquisition and disposition advisory, and transaction execution across all commercial asset classes.
As EAC continues to grow its Connecticut brokerage business, the firm is leaning further into its core competitive edge: boutique-level access, senior advisory attention, tri-state market knowledge, national platform collaboration, and proprietary technology. EAC continues to deploy advanced AI-driven tools and market intelligence systems to optimize transactions, streamline client experiences, and deliver better information at every stage of the commercial real estate process.
For clients, that means a more focused commercial real estate relationship. Whether buying or selling a first commercial property, adding to an investment portfolio, repositioning assets, or seeking locations to establish or expand a business, EAC remains fully accessible and accountable.
“We focus exclusively on commercial real estate,” said Senie. “Our role is to serve as the specialist for our clients’ commercial needs, while their trusted residential professionals continue serving their home needs. When those professionals work in tandem, clients receive complete, coordinated representation.”
