Cambridge, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of eight units consisting of seven residential apartments and one commercial space. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller in the transaction. The asset sold for $4.92 million.
