Nobis names Bulluck as dir. of civil engineering

Concord, NH Nobis Group has appointed Andrew Bulluck, PE as director of civil engineering. In this role, Bulluck will lead the firm’s civil engineering team, with a focus on team development, strategic growth, and delivering high-quality solutions for clients.

“I’ve always seen leadership not as being in charge, but as bringing people together around a shared purpose and helping them succeed.,” said Bulluck. “What excites me most about this role is the opportunity to connect people, develop talent, and create an environment where others can step up and lead.”

Bulluck joined Nobis Group in 2019 and has grown within the organization through hands-on project experience and leadership opportunities. 

He has contributed to complex civil and environmental projects and has played an active role in strengthening Nobis Group’s collaborative and employee-owned culture.

“My top priority is to continue growing our team and creating opportunities for people to lead and contribute at every level,” Bulluck said.
