SPERRY Commercial Realty Associates closes $2 million sale of Northwest Crossing

Nashua, NH SPERRY Commercial Realty Associates have closed the sale of Northwest Crossing, a multi-tenant retail property located at 621 Amherst St. for $2 million.
Positioned along the trafficked Rte. 101A retail corridor, Northwest Crossing represents a well-located investment asset within one of Southern New Hampshire’s most established commercial trade areas. Constructed in 2016, the property features modern construction, strong visibility, and a stable tenant mix including nationally recognized brands such as Arby’s, Bruster’s Real Ice Cream, and Sport Clips.
This transaction reflects a long-standing relationship with the property that spans more than a decade. Chris Pascucci, principal broker, was originally a frequent customer of the site when it operated as a standalone Bruster’s ice cream shop. As the business thrived and ownership made the decision to redevelop the property into a multi-tenant retail asset, Pascucci played a key role in leasing the new space, including securing tenants such as Sport Clips. Over the years, SPERRY Commercial Realty Associates remained closely involved with the asset, ultimately culminating in the successful sale of the property.
The sale was led by Jesse Hepler, CCIM, MBA, director of retail, who spearheaded the transaction and guided the deal to completion.
“It’s been incredibly rewarding to be part of this property’s full lifecycle,” said Pascucci. “From visiting as a customer, to helping lease the redevelopment, and now seeing the successful sale, it’s a unique experience to watch such a strong asset evolve. We wish the new ownership continued success.”
