Glastonbury, CT HREC Investment Advisors has arranged the sale of the 136-guestroom Homewood Suites Hartford South-Glastonbury.

HREC Investment Advisors exclusively represented the seller on this transaction. The marketing and negotiations were led by Jim O’Connell (principal and Connecticut broker on Record – Boston), Joe O’Loughlin (senior vice president – Capital Markets – Boston), and George Davis (senior associate – Denver).

“The property performed extremely well after the completion of an extensive Product Improvement Plan. New ownership will benefit from a sharp upward ramp,” said O’Connell.
