The CT CCIM Chapter Named Education scholarships were created to support qualified commercial real estate professionals in their efforts to achieve the prestigious CCIM designation. Each applicant has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to a career in commercial real estate and active participation within the CT CCIM Chapter. Scholarship recipients have the choice of either a full tuition reimbursement towards a CCIM core course hosted by the CT CCIM Chapter, or a $1,000 tuition reimbursement towards a CCIM designation course taken online or hosted by another chapter.
These named scholarships pay tribute to three esteemed figures in the Connecticut commercial real estate community. The Wayne D’Amico Scholarship honors the late Wayne D’Amico, CCIM, a past president of both the Connecticut Chapter and the national CCIM Institute, who left an enduring legacy of leadership and passion for the profession.
