Artworx Beauty opens in Mashpee Commons

Mashpee, MA Artworx Beauty, a luxury clean beauty studio and boutique, celebrated its grand opening in Mashpee Commons with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held in partnership with the Mashpee Chamber of Commerce.

Owned by local industry expert Kristin McKenzie, Artworx Beauty brings over 20 years of bridal expertise to its first physical retail location. Known for her signature “natural, Cape Cod” makeup style, McKenzie has expanded the Artworx name — a brand with nearly 40 years of heritage — into a curated space designed for both special event preparation and everyday beauty needs.

“Opening this boutique in Mashpee Commons allows us to bring a new level of clean, high-performance beauty to the Cape,” said McKenzie, owner of Artworx Beauty. “Our focus is on elevated, natural beauty. We’ve hand-selected brands that prioritize ingredient integrity without sacrificing the professional results our clients expect.”

Krysten Kelliher, marketing director at Mashpee Commons, noted that the addition of Artworx Beauty aligns perfectly with the destination’s commitment to unique, high-quality retail experiences.

Beyond its retail offerings, the studio serves as a hub for professional artistry. While McKenzie and her team will continue to provide on-location bridal makeup for weddings, the new studio will host in-house bridal consultations, personalized makeup sessions for all ages and workshops.

In addition to cosmetics, the shop features professional makeup brushes, tools, and a curated selection of luxury gifts and candles.
