Located at 50 South County Trail, the project adds thoughtfully planned housing while addressing environmental and regulatory considerations specific to the site.

The development consists of 88 apartment units across 22 quad-plex buildings. As part of the comprehensive permit process, 25% of the units (22 apartments) are designated as low- and moderate-income housing, supporting statewide efforts to expand access to affordable housing while integrating seamlessly into the surrounding community.

DiPrete Engineering provided full survey, civil engineering, environmental permitting, and construction observation services for the project, supporting the development from initial planning through construction.
