Natick, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc., represented the seller, Legacy Huron, LLC, and procured the buyer, Cross 11 Huron LLC, in the sale of 11 Huron Dr. for the sale price of $5.875 million.

11 Huron Dr. is a fully leased multi-tenanted 30,000 s/f two-story office building located in the East Natick Business Park.

Warren Cross, Jr., manager of Cross 11 Huron LLC, purchased 11 Huron Dr. as an investment property to add to his portfolio of commercial and industrial properties located in the towns of Natick and Needham.
