Greenman and Amper of Capstone Properties sell 60-acre industrial development site for $2.9 million

West Greenwich, RI Chris Greenman and Neil Amper, SIOR of Capstone Properties have sold 60 acres of unimproved, industrially zoned land located at 839 Victory Hwy. to Ace Endico Corp of Brewster, N.Y. for $2.9 million. The property has frontage along I-95 and is located near exit 14A. The property received significant interest from end users as well as developers.

Capstone Properties represented the seller, Victory Highway Sol LLC, who through a sister company, Energy Development Partners, LLCX, had previously developed a 32 MW solar generation facility on an adjacent 147 acres.

Newmark represented the buyer.

Ace Endico is a food distribution company started in 1982 in New York. They purchased Supreme Dairy in Woonsocket in November of 2019 and plan to expand their distribution capacity in New England from this location.
