Windover Construction executes leadership promotions to support next phase of strategic growth

Beverly, MA According to Windover Construction, the firm has completed a series of leadership promotions designed to strengthen the company’s foundation for long-term, strategic growth. The leadership appointments reflect an intentional investment in people, process, and performance – ensuring the organization is well-positioned to scale thoughtfully, expand into new markets, and continue delivering exceptional value to clients and partners.
To accelerate progress against its strategic milestones, Windover has promoted several leaders into expanded roles:
• Marc Ciaramitaro has been promoted to senior vice president of field operations, overseeing all field staff, Windover’s self-perform division, and warranty operations. His priority will be to support, advocate for, and develop Windover’s superintendents. To do so, his expanded field operations team also includes two new roles – a special projects manager and safety manager – reinforcing the company’s commitment to developing top talent and elevating safety and operational excellence.
• Kevin Hansen has been promoted to senior vice president of preconstruction, with expanded responsibility for improving the quality and consistency of the preconstruction and purchasing processes while deepening strategic relationships with trade partners.
• Bill Olsen has been promoted to senior vice president of strategic growth and project executive, where he will continue overseeing projects while also leading growth initiatives and strategic planning, ensuring alignment across teams and markets. In this role, he will act as a key advisor, especially as Windover expands into South Carolina, to drive strategic growth.
• Jennifer Robitaille has been promoted to vice president and project executive. While continuing to lead projects and support teams, she will also spearhead company-wide initiatives to improve consistency, efficiency, and value across project processes.
• Dustin Corbett has been promoted to vice president and project executive. He has led some of Windover’s largest and most complex projects from the field. In his role, he will guide teams with a deep understanding of field execution that strengthens collaboration across the project team and drives successful project delivery.
• Andy Rice has been promoted to vice president of estimating. He will lead strategy, staffing, and operations within the estimating department, focusing on improving efficiency, guiding technology adoption, and strengthening collaboration with partners.
• Jason MacPherson has been promoted to project executive and is leading Windover’s South Carolina expansion, responsible for establishing operations, cultivating new relationships, and extending the company’s culture and approach into new markets.
Through these strategic promotions, Windover is reinforcing its commitment to both organizational excellence and employee growth. The strengthened leadership structure will enable the company to take on larger, more complex projects, expand into new regions, and create meaningful career opportunities for its team.
“This next phase of leadership is about building the infrastructure for where we’re going – not just where we are today,” said Randy Caltin, executive vice president and COO. “By leveraging the remarkable strengths of the members of our leadership team, empowering our people, and refining how we operate, we are creating a stronger, more scalable organization that can grow with purpose and deliver consistently exceptional results.”
As an employee-owned company, this strategic growth is especially meaningful, as it strengthens Windover’s long-term value, creates new opportunities for professional advancement, and directly enhances the shared success of its employee-owners.
