Briggs of Epstein Commercial Real Estate named to Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) board of directors

Portland, ME The Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) has appointed Molly Briggs, executive vice president of lease administration at Epstein Commercial Real Estate, as its newest member of the board of directors. Briggs brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to the role and has already been a valued contributor to MEREDA’s conference committee, playing an instrumental role in helping to organize events throughout the Bangor region.

Briggs has been a member of the Epstein team since 1998. She specializes in the leasing of office and retail space across all market sectors, and also oversees property management, lease renewals, signage, and marketing for a portfolio of owned properties. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Husson College.

Briggs serves on the Cross Insurance Center advisory board and the Bangor Region YMCA event committee and has previously served as chair of both the Cross Insurance Center gala committee and the Downtown Bangor Partnership. She is also the Heart of Maine United Way Campaign chair
