TRB Realty and V&E Realty close $4.2 million sale of 8,201 s/f mixed-use

East Cambridge, MA TRB Realty and V&E Realty closed the $4.25 million investment sale of a two-story, mixed-use, fully-occupied property a 8,201 s/f building. TRB Realty marketed the property exclusively on behalf of the seller.

The property is located on Cambridge St. where there is street/foot traffic. The property is fully leased with City Liquors and Senmi Ramen on the first floor and four 2-bedroom, 2-bath units on the second floor.

Thomas Blakely, CCIM and president of TRB Realty was the exclusive listing agent for the seller. Derek Wong of V&E Realty was the agent for the buyer in the investment sale, which was part of a 1031exchange.
