Baldwin Pearson & Co. brokers two brick mixed-use properties for $3.535 million

Stratford, CT Baldwin Pearson & Co., Inc. has completed the sale of two mixed-use properties in Stratford and Bridgeport in Connecticut.The properties, located at 1874 Barnum Ave., Stratford, and 340-350 Main S., Bridgeport, sold for a combined consideration of $3.535 million.
The first property, 1874 Barnum Ave., is situated at the corner of Barnum Ave. and Barnum Terrace in Stratford. The asset consists of six upgraded apartments above a long-standing nail salon and sold for $1.825 million, equating to $260,714 per unit.
The second property, 340-350 Main St., occupies a highly visible corner location at Main St. and Whiting St. in the South End. The property features nine residential apartments above three ground-floor retail units and sold for $1.71 million, representing $142,500 per unit.
