2026 Industrial Review Spotlight - Featured Project: The Car Barn
Walpole, MA Conveniently located in Walpole, just 30 minutes from Boston, The Car Barn provides New England’s finest storage, detailing, and sales services for antique, collectable and historically significant vehicles. Housed in a new 30,000 s/f two-story pre-engineered metal building, the temperature-controlled automotive storage, detailing, and entertainment facility is outfitted with insulated metal panels separating the vehicle storage from the administrative side of the building, which contains office and employee support spaces. The project has been designed and built to support future racking systems to accommodate additional vehicles.
The auto storage area contains a customized Harding AutoPark Tri/Quad racking system lining the walls. The building features include a high-tech 2,600 s/f detailing center, car wash bays, a custom-lit vehicle showcase, and a motorsport-inspired lounge and recreational space for relaxing and connecting with fellow car enthusiasts. An advanced security system protects the property.
Located just up the road from Patriot Place, The Car Barn opened to the public in March 2026.
