2026 Industrial Review Spotlight - Featured Project: Plumbers’ Supply Co. Lynn

Lynn, MA As Plumbers’ Supply Co. continues to invest in its growing operations across Massachusetts, the company has once again partnered with CM&B to deliver a new branch location in Lynn. The project represents the next chapter in a long-standing relationship built on trust, collaboration, and successful project delivery. 

Following the demolition of an existing warehouse on the site, construction is underway on a new 30,000 s/f building with a 10,000 s/f mezzanine. Designed to support Plumbers’ Supply’s growing operational needs, the ground-up facility will serve as the company’s new Lynn branch location, providing expanded warehouse, retail, and distribution capabilities upon completion this winter.

The project builds on a relationship that began in 2019 when CM&B partnered with Plumbers’ Supply to deliver its 192,000 s/f Corporate headquarters and distribution center in New Bedford. The decision to work together again reflects the strength of that partnership and a shared commitment to supporting the company’s continued growth. 

Designed by RKB Architects, Inc., with structural engineering by Flood Consulting and MEP/FP engineering by Building Engineering Resources, the project team is collaborating to deliver a modern industrial facility tailored to Plumbers’ Supply’s current and future operational needs. 

For Plumbers’ Supply, the new Lynn branch represents another investment in its employees, customers, and communities. For CM&B, it is an opportunity to continue building alongside a valued repeat client, delivering a facility that will support the company’s next phase of growth throughout the region.
