Braun and Leone of O,R&L Commercial handle 4,000 s/f lease

Branford, CT O,R&L Commercial finalized an industrial lease of 4,000 s/f located at 21 Thompson Rd. (aka 21 Flax Mill Rd.). The space has been leased by Friends of Branford Youth Sports, Inc., (FOBYS), a local nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting youth athletic programs and recreational opportunities through the Branford community. 

Will Braun and Nick Leone of O,R&L Commercial represented both the landlord, 21 Thompson Road, LLC and the tenant in this lease transaction.

The lease provides FOBYS with a centrally located flex space that will support its operations as it continues the mission of enhancing youth sports programs, promoting community involvement, and providing resources that benefit young athletes in the area. 

Located in the town’s industrial corridor, 21 Thompson Rd. offers access to I-95 and Rte. 1, making it an ideal location for its new tenant.
