Perry joins The Dunham Group as broker
Portland, ME According to The Dunham Group, Greg Perry has joined the firm as a broker, bringing more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate across Maine.
Perry has built a distinguished career representing tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers in a wide range of transactions. Prior to joining The Dunham Group, he spent 16 years at Cardente Real Estate, where he was a partner, before going on to serve as president of Broad Cove Collective, a boutique commercial real estate firm.
Perry has worked with an extensive and diverse client base – from multinational REITs to local nonprofits.
His background in construction management gives him a practical, solutions-oriented perspective that helps clients navigate complex transactions and achieve their strategic goals.
“The addition of Greg reflects our continued commitment to building a team of experienced brokers who lead with ethics, professionalism, and sound judgment.” said Justin Lamontagne, designated broker at The Dunham Group. “I’ve known Greg since we sat next to each other for our first real estate license exam in 2006, and I’ve had great respect for the way he has built his career. His experience across multiple asset classes and markets is impressive, but what stands out most is his intelligence, integrity, and calm approach to complex situations. He is an ideal addition to our team, and we’re excited to welcome him to the firm.”
His professional achievements include being named Maine Commercial Realtor of the Year and earning recognition as one of the Top 25 Commercial Realtors in the country in 2016.
Beyond his professional work, Perry is deeply engaged in the community. He has held leadership roles with the South Portland Zoning Board of Appeals (serving as chairman), the South Portland Economic Development Committee, and the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors.
