Amper of Capstone Properties sells two-building complex for $4 million

Providence, RI Neil Amper, SIOR of Capstone Properties has sold a two-building complex located at 703 Allens Ave. and 35 Baker St.

The combined buildings total 54,669 s/f on 50,341 s/f of land.

The properties were home to Danecraft Jewelry for 40 years, during which they marketed silver jewelry.  The facility is in a high-traffic and visible location.

The new owners will repurpose the buildings for a medical treatment center.

The sale price was $4 million.
