Sweeney R.E. & Appraisal sells 11,638 s/f office for $4.2 million

Cranston, RI Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal negotiated the sale of 1500 Pontiac Ave.

This 11,638 s/f office building is on 1.87 acres and a NNN leased office investment. It was renovated by the long-term tenant, Brown University Health in 2025. 

Thomas Sweeney sold the property for $4.2 million.
