Stamford, CT RFR signed a new office lease with Bank Street Group LLC at 300 Atlantic St. Bank Street, a private investment banking firm focusing on the communications, media and technology sectors, leased office space on the building’s 11th floor.

RFR has seen strong leasing momentum at 300 Atlantic this year as it proceeds with a thorough modernization of the property, intended to create an elevated workplace experience. The improvements include 10,000 s/f of new amenity spaces that transform the look, feel, and function of the building, and new high-quality pre-built, move-in ready suites. RFR anticipates completing the new café, tenant lounge, conference facility, and fitness center by September 2026, prior to Bank Street’s arrival. Furthermore, there are also exterior improvements that RFR has designed to elevate the tenant’s experience and transform the property, which are planned to commence in the 3rd quarter of 2026.
