Hines signs Greenberg Traurig, LLP to a new lease at South Station Tower

Boston, MA Hines, the global real estate investment manager, made known that global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has executed a lease at South Station Tower, the new 51-story mixed-use tower in downtown Boston. The firm will relocate its Boston office to the building, leasing nearly 80,000 s/f and bringing approximately 180 employees to the premier workplace destination. The relocation is expected to take place in late 2027.

Greenberg Traurig joins a growing roster of leading companies at South Station Tower, including JPMorgan Chase, FM, Citadel, and Jones Day, with more to be announced soon.
