Aho Properties sells two properties for $775,000

Worcester MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, LLC represented the seller in the sale of 462 Pleasant St. and 4 Mason St. to Capital Property Investments LLC for $775,000. 

The property consisted of a 10,020 s/f industrial/flex building that the buyer is using as warehouse space for its own operations.
