Andrade and Nyguyen-Marino join Rockland Trust’s north of Boston commercial banking team
Danvers, MA Rockland Trust has added Jorge Andrade and Kim Nyguyen-Marino to its north of Boston commercial banking team. Both join the bank as vice presidents, commercial banking officers, where they will focus on developing and strengthening commercial banking relationships throughout the North of Boston market.
Together, Andrade and Nyugen-Marino bring more than 40 years of combined experience in commercial banking, business development, and relationship management, further enhancing Rockland Trust’s ability to support businesses across Greater Boston and New England. Notably, both began their banking careers in retail banking, providing them with a strong foundation in customer service and relationship building that continues to inform their client-focused approach today.
Nguyen-Marino brings more than 23 years of banking experience helping businesses grow through tailored banking, treasury management, and deposit solutions. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of retail banking, business banking, and commercial banking roles.
at M&T Bank, Citibank, Avidia Bank, Eastern Bank, Webster Bank, and Citizens Bank. During her tenure at Citibank, she focused on healthcare banking, partnering with healthcare providers across Greater Boston to deliver customized financing and cash management solutions. Her expertise also includes Commercial & Industrial (C&I) lending, commercial real estate and SBA financing, credit analysis, treasury management, and relationship management. Fluent in Vietnamese, Nguyen-Marino has developed deep connections within the local Vietnamese and broader Asian business communities and is passionate about helping business owners throughout Greater Boston achieve their growth and financial goals.
Andrade has more than 20 years of experience in banking, finance, commercial lending, and business development. Most recently, he served as Vice President and Senior Business Banker at M&T Bank, where he worked closely with commercial clients, providing lending and treasury management solutions to help businesses grow and achieve their goals. His previous experience includes leadership roles at Capital One, Eastern Bank, Citizens Bank, and Salem Five Bank. Originally from Peru and fluent in Spanish, Andrade has dedicated much of his career to supporting Hispanic-owned businesses and building strong relationships within diverse communities. He is deeply involved in the Burlington community, where he has served as a Town Meeting member for the past decade, and is actively engaged with ALPFA Boston, serving on its Board of Directors and helping advance opportunities for Latino professionals through mentoring, leadership development, and financial education initiatives.
Both Andrade and Marino have extensive banking experience spanning retail, business, and commercial banking, giving them a deep understanding of the evolving needs of businesses at every stage of growth.
