The Hamilton Company signs 10,000 s/f lease with Spirit Halloween at 55 Riverside Ave.
Medford, MA The Hamilton Company has completed a commercial lease agreement with Spirit Halloween for 10,000 s/f at 55 Riverside Ave., which formerly housed a CVS. The lease agreement commenced on July 15th, and the retailer opened for business on August 6th.

Spirit Halloween’s in-house counsel represented the retailer during the leasing negotiations. The Hamilton Company was represented by Carol Rash, The Hamilton Company’s director of commercial property & asset management.
“Seasonal retail or ‘pop-up’ stores are growing total revenue and market presence at a significant pace each year,” said Rash. “Spirit Halloween is a category leader, and we’re thrilled with their occupancy of 55 Riverside Ave.”
Spirit Halloween is one of the nation’s largest Halloween retailers. This year, the company will open more than 1,550 seasonal locations across strip malls and shopping centers throughout North America, signaling the start of the Halloween season.
