Rachel Anderson

Anderson brings more than 15 years of executive leadership experience and a passion for sustainable energy to R.H. White. Her professional experience includes positions of increasing responsibility in solar and energy-focused firms, including PurePoint Energy, Sunspear Energy, Zenernet LLC, among others. In these roles, she assumed full profit and loss responsibility for multi-state installation divisions, and developed several operations organizations, including self-performed labor, contract work, service departments, and related gas and electrical utility work. In her new position, Anderson will oversee the Utility Division at R.H. White Construction, inclusive of its Northern and Central Regions, Welding, and Site Services. She will report to Charlie Watler, chief operations officer.

“Rachel’s business acumen as well as her experience with renewable energy projects fits nicely with our current and future growth plans. I am excited about her addition to the management team and look forward to working closely with her to further develop and expand our energy and utility portfolio,” said Charlie.

Ben Barlow

A construction industry veteran, Barlow, joined R.H. White Construction in 2018, where he held positions of increasing responsibility. Throughout his career, he has managed multi-million-dollar projects domestically and internationally. Over the coming months, Ben will ensure a smooth transition as Rachel acclimates to the BUL role at R.H. White. Ben will then transition to his preconstruction role full-time, overseeing the Business Development, Estimating, and Preconstruction teams. He will be reporting to Tom White, President and CEO.

“This promotion is a strategic progression for Ben based on his demonstrated ability to cultivate and develop business opportunities while delivering consistent and sustainable financial results for the company. I look forward to Ben’s contributions in his new role and his continued commitment to ensure that our business development, estimating, and preconstruction practices are managed with the same care and diligence that he brought to our Utility Division,” said White.
