Aho Properties sells 22.21 acres for $1.375 million

Fitchburg, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, LLC, represented Fitchburg Land Property Owner, LLC in purchasing a 22.21 acre industrial land site from the Fitchburg Redevelopment Authority that was recently permitted for a 183,456 s/f industrial building. The sale price was $1,375,500.
