What innovation or accomplishment are you most proud of? Our team is building Maine’s first new-construction Town Center in Scarborough, a community nearly 370 years old. The challenge is creating a downtown that balances local and regional needs with market demand, while feeling like it has always belonged here. For 20 years, residents have envisioned this gathering place and today, we’re bringing that vision to life at historic Scarborough Downs. We are restoring vitality, supporting businesses large and small, and creating a sustainable downtown for generations to come. It is a moment in Maine history and one of great pride for our company.
