What innovation or accomplishment are you most proud of? I’m most proud of launching our Claude Pilot Program. In a matter of months, it produced a workforce planning application, content for our new website, and sharpened how Northstar manages the business. As we expand training firmwide, we expect it to drive greater efficiency in day-to-day work while elevating our strategic capabilities and protecting the rigor and detail orientation that define our success in real estate project management.
