EagleBridge arranges $13.3 million in financing for South Hills at Riverview

Norwich, CT EagleBridge Capital, has arranged construction to permanent mortgage financing in the amount of $13.3 million for The South Hills at Riverview apartments.

The mortgage was arranged by EagleBridge senior director Brian Walsh who stated that the loan was provided by a leading regional lender.

The complex, now under construction, includes two three-story apartment buildings containing a total of 66 units made up of 42 one-bedroom units and 24 two-bedroom units. Amenities include a 5,000 s/f clubhouse and fitness center, a large inground pool, a playground, and a dog park. The units feature stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, and wood cabinets. 

The South Hills at Riverview is located at 333 Taftville-Occum Rd. overlooking the Shetucket River. It is situated one mile from Exit 18 of Rte. I-395 which interconnects with Rte. I-95. A number of state highways are located nearby including Rte. 97, 169, 12, 32, 82, and 2. Major area employers include General Dynamics Electric Boat, Mohegan Sun, and Pfizer.
