O,R&L Commercial brokers $4.05 million sale of The Preserve at Shuttle Meadow

Berlin, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed the successful sale of The Preserve at Shuttle Meadow, a 110± acre development opportunity located off West Lane in Kensington. The property was sold for $4.05 million. 

AA Denorfia Building & Development acquired the property, with Matthew Denorfia of Denorfia Realty serving as the co-broker on the transaction. Luke Massirio of O,R&L Commercial represented the seller, Shuttle Meadow Country Club, in the sale. 

The approved development plan and extensive acreage provided the buyer with an opportunity to acquire a fully-entitled residential development site in a central location. The property generated multiple competitive offers, reflecting interest in the development opportunity.
