Pearce Real Estate welcomes associate broker Morehead to Wallingford office
Wallingford, CT Barbara Pearce, chair and CEO of Pearce Real Estate, has welcomed associate broker Kathy Morehead to its office at 4 North Main St.
A resident of Northford for the past 14 years, Morehead brings previous real estate experience along with a background in business management and customer service. She was a licensed real estate professional in Florida from 2000 to 2008 before relocating to Connecticut. She also holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management and spent 12 years in retail management, where she developed leadership, communication, and client service skills.
Community involvement has long been an important part of Morehead’s life. Since 2016, she has volunteered with the North Branford Food Pantry and has supported the North Branford school system as a volunteer since 2014. She also volunteers at the Shubert Theatre and enjoys giving back to organizations that strengthen the local community.
When she’s not helping clients, Morehead enjoys attending local theater productions and Broadway shows, discovering new coffee shops and local wineries, visiting community markets, playing board games, and spending time with her husband of 20 years and their son, Logan.
