Tavares is a longtime member of the Newton Rotary Club, where she has been a steady presence in the club’s community initiatives, from grant-funded local programs to civic engagement events. Her Rotary work reflects a broader commitment to the Newton community that extends beyond the club, including her involvement with the Charles River Regional Chamber and her role as a founding participant in the Catalyst Group, a women’s impact network.

At JNRG, Tavares is a partner and broker whose work spans leasing, sales, and landlord/tenant representation across office, retail, industrial, and medical properties throughout the Greater Boston, Metro South and South Shore market.
