DMG Brokerage brokers sale of 924 Boston Providence Highway

Norwood, MA DMG Brokerage recently sold 924 Boston Providence Hwy., a retail building south of the BMW dealership in Norwood. The property was located on 0.79 acres with a 2,175 s/f building. The former tenant of 924 Boston Providence Hwy. was All Seasons Rental, and was sold to 924 Providence Highway, LLC.  DMG Brokerage represented the owner, DAW Realty Corp and Joe Pisano of DMG Brokerage represented the buyer.
