Stamford, CT Fairfield County commercial real estate brokers, property owners, investors, developers, and municipal leaders will gather on September 25, for the fourth annual Fairfield County Commercial Brokers Network (FCCBN) luncheon.

Hosted by Andreas Senie of EAC Properties LLC and Winthrop Baum of Fairfield County Commercial Brokers Network, the event will be held at 225 High Ridge Rd. Stamford mayor Caroline Simmons will address attendees on the city’s economic momentum, business-development priorities, commercial real estate activity, and opportunities shaping Stamford’s future.

The luncheon offers a forum for Fairfield County commercial real estate professionals to exchange market intelligence, build relationships, and engage public-sector leadership on issues affecting investment, redevelopment, leasing, and business expansion.

“Stamford remains one of Connecticut’s most dynamic commercial centers, with exceptional access, a diverse business base, and strong opportunities for owners, tenants, investors, and developers,” said Andreas Senie, founder of EAC Properties LLC. “We are pleased to welcome mayor Caroline Simmons and bring together the region’s commercial real estate community for this fourth annual luncheon. Direct dialogue among the private sector, property owners, and city leadership is essential to sustaining responsible growth and identifying opportunities that benefit Stamford’s business community.”

The September 25 luncheon is open to commercial real estate professionals, property owners, investors, developers, lenders, service providers, and municipal representatives interested in Stamford’s commercial real estate market and Fairfield County’s broader economic outlook.

Catered lunch will be provided by Ives Bank, people serving people.
