Combined Properties leases 18,581 s/f in Centennial Park to HTS Engineering

Peabody, MA According to Combined Properties, Inc. HTS Engineering Inc. (HTS) has extended their 18,581 s/f lease at One Corporation Way in Centennial Park. HTS is one of the largest independent built-to-order commercial and industrial full-service HVAC manufacturer’s representatives in North America.

Founded in 1992, HTS has grown to 16 locations across North America. HTS credits its growth to a steadfast commitment to the shared success of everyone involved in the selection, design, installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
