What professional accomplishment or experience are you especially proud of?
The new lease-up for renovated units at Rendezvous on Elm has truly stretched our team’s capabilities. Partnering with the Manchester Chamber of Commerce, the Economic Development Office, and regional publications like NEREJ to highlight this project has been a rewarding experience.

What are you most excited about in your work or the commercial real estate industry right now?
I am most excited about the vibrant revitalization happening in downtown Manchester and the shift toward community-centric property management. Seeing local businesses, residents, and civic leaders collaborate to breathe new life into our urban core is incredibly inspiring. As property managers, we have a unique opportunity to curate environments that support local economic growth, foster meaningful connections, and build sustainable, thriving neighborhoods for the long term.

What has helped shape the way you approach your work and career?
Early in my career, I learned that commercial real estate isn’t just about buildings and financial metrics – it is fundamentally about people, relationships, and community impact. Every property represents a place where people work, live, or gather. Prioritizing open communication, empathy, and strong local partnerships has shaped my approach to management. When you focus on strengthening relationships and supporting the broader community, long-term asset value naturally follows.

What advice or perspective would you share with women building their careers in commercial real estate?
Invest deeply in your local network and stay genuinely connected to the community you serve. Real estate is inherently local, and building trust with civic leaders, vendors, and neighbors creates a strong foundation for your career. Most importantly, actively lift other women up as you grow. Share your knowledge, sponsor emerging talent, and foster collaborative environments. When we support one another and invest in our local ecosystems, the entire industry benefits.
