What has helped shape the way you approach your work and career?
The moments that stay with me most are the everyday conversations where we share experiences, offer perspective, and help someone recognize strengths they may not yet see in themselves. At Vertex, mentoring and championing others is central to how we lead. For me, paying it forward is one of leadership’s most meaningful responsibilities and a lasting way to help build a stronger, more inclusive industry.
