What professional accomplishment or experience are you especially proud of?
I am especially proud of leading safety on site for Tufts University’s two 10-story dormitories, managing daily safety for 160–175 workers across multiple trades. My priority was shifting safety from traditional enforcement to a proactive, communication-driven partnership with subcontractors. Through open feedback channels and daily risk assessments, workers were encouraged to flag hazards early. Maintaining a strong safety record and high morale demonstrated that the strongest safety programs are built on trust, communication, and shared accountability.
