What advice or perspective would you share with women building their careers in CRE?
Commercial real estate offers an incredible range of career paths and opportunities. My advice is to explore them, ask questions, and learn from colleagues and mentors. I began my career in the UK in industrial property management. Today, after 11 years with Cummings Properties, I specialize in medical leasing and fit-outs. Find an organization that’s a good fit, surround yourself with people whose expertise expands your own, and most importantly, feel good about what you do. Knowing our work helps support nonprofits through Cummings Foundation makes that especially meaningful to me.
