Spectra Realty Advisors brokers ground lease for Restaurant Depot

Waterford, CT Rick Rostoff of Spectra Realty Advisors has represented both the landlord, WS Development Associates, and the tenant, Restaurant Depot, in the signing of a ground lease for the property located at 161 Waterford Pkwy.

Restaurant Depot is constructing a 45,420 s/f store on the 6.12 acre site.

Restaurant Depot currently operates 167 retail stores across the country, including seven stores in Massachusetts and three stores in Connecticut.
