My advice to women building careers in construction is to develop your expertise, speak with confidence, and embrace opportunities to lead. Construction is an industry that rewards those who are willing to learn, adapt, take initiative, and rise to every challenge. Seek opportunities that challenge you, trust in the knowledge you have built, and have the confidence to step forward when leadership is needed. Women have an important role in shaping the future of construction and we should lead it with confidence.
