What are you most excited about in your work or the CRE industry right now?
What excites me most is how new technology has enabled our field team, office team, and project partners to stay connected in real time. Mobile apps, 360° site capturing, and cloud platforms are what make it possible. The moment a site conflict, RFI, or procurement delay pops up, everyone knows about it. That same technology lets us loop clients in right away, sharing updates and answering questions as they come up, instead of providing a delayed response or waiting for a scheduled call. The result: more information, fewer gaps, faster decisions, greater alignment, and fewer fires to put out.
