What has helped shape the way you approach your work and career?
My career approach is driven by relentless curiosity, the courage to ask questions, and a commitment to results. Navigating fast-paced projects in a male-dominated field taught me that questions aren’t a sign of weakness – they are a tool for mitigating risk and aligning teams. By engaging in all phases of a project, I bridge the gap between design and construction to solve challenges. I am motivated by the impact of my work and by building collaborative relationships.
