What professional accomplishment or experience are you especially proud of?
Nearly three years after becoming president of Akrete, I’m especially proud that our leadership team received an International Stevie Award for Best Innovation in Management Practices. I’ve always been client-focused, but stepping into this role challenged me to think more deeply about what happens behind the scenes – how stronger systems, operations, and teams ultimately create better client results. Accepting Akrete’s Agency of the Year award in Lisbon was a career highlight, making this recognition even more meaningful.
