What are you most excited about in your work or the CRE industry right now? 
Mallard Investment Partners focuses on developing Active Adult communities in greater Boston. Senior housing is a growing market sector and Active Adult communities target the decade between 70 years old and 80 years old when family home is too large, but care-based senior housing isn’t needed yet. Active Adult communities also address the housing crisis by allowing larger homes to be occupied by families rather than empty-nesters. This emerging typology is an exciting space to be in and we are looking forward to contributing.
