What are you most excited about in your work or the CRE industry right now?
I’m excited by the growing opportunity for architects to play a larger role in shaping projects from their earliest stages. The best outcomes happen when design, feasibility and development strategy are considered together. As the real estate market continues to evolve, I see increasing value in architects who understand not only how to design a building, but how to help make a project viable from the start.
