Ball named CEO at R.H. White

Auburn, MA R.H. White, a construction and service solutions company, has appointed Michael Ball as chief financial officer (CFO). In this role, Ball will manage the financial side of R.H. White and its subsidiaries, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management. He will help guide the company’s business strategy by providing financial insights and ensuring proper resources are allocated to support R.H. White’s goals and growth.

With more than two decades of financial and operational leadership experience, Ball brings deep industry expertise to R.H. White. His background spans construction, real estate development, and renewable energy, where he has successfully led financial planning initiatives, optimized reporting systems, secured capital, supported revenue growth, and implemented cost-saving measures. He has also served as an independent consultant, helping organizations strengthen their financial and operational performance.

A resident of Deerfield, MA, Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Economics from the University of Virginia and earned his Master’s in Business Administration at the University’s Darden School of Business.
